Miscarriage Support

Why Me?

Feelings of hopelessness and the question of “Why me?” often can come after a miscarriage or stillbirth. The answer to this question is rarely simple because the reasons for miscarriage or stillbirth are varied. Adding to this is the challenge that the maternal instincts begin to develop upon conception. Hormonal changes intensify the emotional response to this loss. Because miscarriage often happens early, sometimes before many supporting people even know about the pregnancy a women may feel very alone and seems to suffer in silence. Amid these doubts and fears, there is comfort and support if you seek it.

What’s Next?

Remember you are not alone. Many women have been through this same experience. Although it is difficult to discuss and relive the pain of the loss, counselling can provide the necessary emotional and spiritual support to move forward.

There is hope for your future.
